Do I need to register to East & West Virtual Expo?

Yes, you can register by clicking on the buttons “Register Now”.

How do I log in on September 29?

Once you register, your login details will be emailed to you. You will need to download the software compatible with your device and sign in to the expo app with the same credentials you registered with.

What do I need to join the event? How fast does the connection need to be?

First, you need an internet connection (minimum 600 KBPS, recommended 1.5 MBPS) and a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Then, you need to download the expo software version compatible with the device you will use - desktop app, mobile app, or VR headset. And last, you will need to log in to the app with the same credentials you used to register to the event.

How do I interact with exhibitors?

On the expo platform, you will have three options for communication: chat, voice chat and video chat. Choose the best one for you and connect with any exhibitor or visitor.

Who will I be able to chat with?

You will be able to engage with visitors as well as exhibitor representatives in their booth. The participants’ list is available here.

Who do I contact if I have troubleshooting issues on the day?

The times for the live events are not convenient for me. Can I still participate?

Please be aware that the majority of participants will be available for communication at the expo during the mentioned time only.
